About Ashampoo Office
Ashampoo® Office 9 is a Windows desktop office suite that includes word processing (Write), spreadsheets (Calculate), and presentations (Present). It emphasizes high compatibility with Microsoft Office formats (DOCX, XLSX, PPTX), allowing users to open, edit, and save files seamlessly without format loss. The suite works fully offline, requires no subscription, and stores files locally on the user’s PC rather than in the cloud. The product offers a one-time license model with use on up to five PCs in a single household (commercial use requires one license per installation). Feature highlights include embedded font support, two-document comparison with synchronous scrolling, extensive spreadsheet capabilities such as pivot tables and 350+ functions, and presentation features with PowerPoint-compatible dynamic transitions. Users can export to PDF with compression/quality options, choose between classic menus or a ribbon interface, and benefit from performance that runs well even on older systems.
